Almont vs Armada Homecoming Game

Last night the Almont football Team had their once a year Homecoming game. The undefeated Raiders were versing off against one their rival teams Armada. Armada quickly took the lead on the second play of the game making the score 6-0 Armada.
Slightly into the 2nd quarter Almont managed to get a big play downfield and scored their first points of the game making it 7-6 Almont. Armada quickly struck back early into the 3rd quarter by scoring another touchdown taking back the lead 12-7 Almont.
getting farther and farther into the 4th quarter it looked as if Almont might lose their first game of the season. But with a minute and a half left Almont managed to score a touchdown bringing the Final Score to 13-12.

In the coming weeks almont will have 4 more regular season games. Will they lose them all of reamin undefeated? Coach Leausby of the Almont Raider Football team says
"Our next game is up against Crosswell-Lexington (Crosslex) who are also undefeated. It's going to take alot of hard work to win that game but I think we can beat them."
With Almont going to the Divison 5 State Championship for football in 2019, they might be able to remain undefeated and go back to states, or at the very least, win regionals.
